A traditional Mexican sweet bread handcrafted with naturally fermented sourdough and topped with the iconic shell-patterned sweet topping that gives conchas their name. Soft, fluffy, lightly sweet, and baked fresh in small batches, these beloved pastries pair perfectly with coffee, hot chocolate, or an afternoon treat.
Our Mountain Conchas are available in three classic flavors:

Vanilla – A traditional sweet vanilla topping.
Chocolate – Rich cocoa-infused topping.
Raspberry – Naturally colored and flavored with freeze-dried raspberries.

The naturally fermented dough adds depth of flavor while creating a soft, tender crumb that makes conchas one of Mexico's most beloved bakery treats.
